An error occurred while saving the comment Site has been updated (http://www.wikitrail.org/features/view/at/25370/watauga-lake-shelter). In the future, if you see anything on the site that needs to be changed, it's pretty straightforward to do it yourself. It's just like wikipedia; anyone can change the trail data and it's up to the users to keep things accurate.
Thanks for the shelter update!

An error occurred while saving the comment Thanks! When you say scrolling on the elevation chart, I'm assuming you mean horizontal scrolling (i.e. the previous or next section pulls into view), correct? That would be pretty nifty, but alas I do not have the web skills to make that happen.

An error occurred while saving the comment Yeah, I saw those. Thanks for contributing. Regarding adding trail maintainer info... what do you think? What would the benefit be? One idea I had a while ago was a system where hikers could report downfalls, etc. and maintainers could be notified but then I figured that that could get annoying for maintainers. I'm hiking the PCT at the moment, so it'll be a while before I can work on the site again. Thanks for your interest!

Thanks for sharing and thanks for adding to wikitrail! You actually can have as many features as you want at the same place in the trail - you just have to add them separately as different features. So, for Addis Gap, you'll want to add: road, water, campsite and other (for the gap itself). Each can have its own location (GPS), its own distance from trail and its own description. In the PDF that gets created, they'll all be merged together at the same point on the trail.
